Michelin Heavy Duty Programmable Tyre Inflator
Costly, but value for money.
Best product
Professional stuff. Heavy and relatively silent and quicker than most out in the market. I was using Tusa and it used to suck, with its noise and slow filling. Michelin is way too quick for my XEV 9e and reaches 36 psi in less than a minute from 26-30. However to reach front tyres one will need extension chords as 12v socket of XEV is in the rear. It does not heat up unlike other brands. However it costs 6100 Rupees and does not come cheap. I hope it lasts long. It is very heavy too and can be carried in the boot.
I’ve used several portable inflators over the past decade, but this is by far the best one I’ve ever had. Recently, I purchased a Force Gurkha 4x4x4 for my expeditions and off-road adventures, including driving in the snow. My previous inflator took 1.15 hours to fill all four 255/65 R18 tires from 10 to 32 PSI, causing significant delays off-road due to its subpar performance. I decided to upgrade to this inflator because of its bleed air valve system and double-piston design and the moment I tested it, I smiled. It’s compact, portable, and surprisingly quiet, with a smooth operation and blazing-fast performance. It delivers exactly what the manufacturers claim, and best of all, it’s incredibly easy to use. No air leakages whatsoever.
This product does make a difference. Does not take much time in going from 20 to 40 PSI. Previously I had a battery backed compressor. It was annoying. Taking lot of time and also the pipe becoming very hot. It is fun with Michelin. Though a little costly. I had to pay 6500 Rs for this. I find worth the money. No need to go to Petrol pump. I have never gone since. My 2 cars are having accurate pressure as there is no lethargy. Whenever find time I go for pressure checking.
