Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for manufacturing or material defects reported within the applicable warranty period. To be eligible, items must be unused beyond normal intended use, unmodified, and have all original serial numbers, batch codes, and purchase labels intact.

Warranty Periods

  • 2.1

    Tyre Inflators: 12 months from date of purchase.

  • 2.2

    Repaired / Returned Units: Not eligible for further warranty claims.

  • 2.3

    Car Care Aerosol Products: Returns accepted within a 7-day defect reporting window from date of purchase, for manufacturing defects only.

3.0

How to Request a Return

  • 3.1

    Contact us in writing as soon as the defect is discovered, within your applicable warranty window.

  • 3.2

    Include your original invoice or a copy as proof of purchase.

  • 3.3

    Ship the defective product to our service centre at your own cost. Axon Lifestyle does not cover shipping charges in either direction.

  • Upon inspection, we will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. Replaced units become the property of Axon Lifestyle. Returns do not extend the original warranty period.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • 4.1

    Car care aerosol products returned after the 7-day defect reporting window from date of purchase.

  • 4.2

    Product used outside its intended purpose.

  • 4.3

    Damage from improper use, mishandling, impact, dropping, or water ingress.

  • 4.4

    Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration.

  • 4.5

    Products repaired or modified by an unauthorised third party.

  • 4.6

    Products with removed or tampered serial numbers, batch codes, or purchase labels.

Your Statutory Rights

  • This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Complete the form below to initiate a return. Our team will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days.

All return items must be shipped to our service centre for evaluation. Shipping costs are borne by the customer in both directions. Ensure adequate packaging to prevent transit damage.
