1.1

This warranty shall not affect those rights vis-à-vis the seller secured by law and by contract, which belong to the customer in their identity as consumer and purchaser.

1.2

Any faults of material or manufacture which emerge within the warranty period shall be corrected by Axon Lifestyle — either by repair or replacement of the product or parts in question, whichever Axon Lifestyle shall judge to be appropriate. The decision of Axon Lifestyle regarding the nature and extent of the remedy shall be final.

1.3

Any products or components replaced by new ones under this warranty shall become the property of Axon Lifestyle and must be surrendered upon replacement.

1.4

The present warranty comprises no right to claims for damages against Axon Lifestyle which extend beyond the rights specified herein. Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages are expressly excluded.

1.5

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It cannot be assigned to any third party, reseller, or subsequent owner of the product.

1.6

Axon Lifestyle reserves the right to physically inspect any product before a warranty claim is accepted. Submission of a claim does not guarantee acceptance. Claims found to be fraudulent, exaggerated, or misrepresented will be permanently rejected and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

2.1

The period of warranty shall begin strictly with the date of original purchase as evidenced by the invoice. No other date shall be considered.

2.2

Term of warranty by product category:
   Tyre Inflator:  12 months
   Aerosols:  7-day defect reporting window
   Repaired/Returned units:  No extended warranty granted
   All other products:  No warranty unless explicitly stated at time of purchase

2.3

Neither the replacement of a defective product nor any service rendered free of charge during the warranty period shall result in an extension of the original warranty period. The warranty clock does not reset under any circumstances.

2.4

Claims submitted after the expiry of the applicable warranty period will not be entertained, regardless of when the defect was discovered or the nature of the fault.

3.1

Presentation of the original invoice or a legible copy is mandatory at the time of claim. Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase will be rejected outright.

3.2

Notification of any claim must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period, immediately upon discovery of the fault. Claims submitted verbally or through informal channels will not be acknowledged.

3.3

The defective product must be shipped to our service centre at the customer's own cost, securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit. Axon Lifestyle will not be liable for shipping charges in either direction, nor for damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packaging.

3.4

The product must be returned complete — including all original accessories, cables, attachments, and packaging where applicable. Incomplete returns may be rejected or subject to deductions.

3.5

Axon Lifestyle reserves the right to request photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect prior to authorising the return shipment. Customers must comply with this request within 48 hours or the claim will lapse.

3.6

Upon receipt, products will undergo a thorough technical inspection. If the inspection concludes that no manufacturing defect exists, or that the product was damaged through misuse, the claim will be rejected and the product returned to the customer at their cost.

In cases where any of the following apply, or where signs are detectable on the product that one or more of the following might have been the case, no rights or claims exist under the present warranty. The presence of any single condition below is sufficient to void the warranty in its entirety:

5.1

Axon Lifestyle's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product as stated on the invoice.

5.2

Axon Lifestyle shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages of any kind arising from a product defect, whether or not Axon Lifestyle was advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.3

This warranty is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
