Warranty Terms

1.0

Content and Scope of the Warranty

  • 1.1

    This warranty shall not affect those rights vis-à-vis the seller secured by law and by contract, which belong to the customer in their identity as consumer and purchaser.

  • 1.2

    Any faults of material or manufacture which emerge within the warranty period shall be corrected by Axon Lifestyle — either by repair or replacement of the product or parts in question, whichever Axon Lifestyle shall judge to be appropriate.

  • 1.3

    Any products or components replaced by new ones under this warranty shall become the property of Axon Lifestyle.

  • 1.4

    The present warranty comprises no right to claims for damages against Axon Lifestyle which extend beyond the rights specified herein.

2.0

Term and Period of Warranty

  • 2.1

    The period of warranty shall begin with the date of purchase.

  • 2.2

    Term of warranty by product category:
       Tyre Inflator:  12 months
       Aerosols:   7-day defect reporting window
       Repaired/Returned units:  No extended warranty granted

  • 2.3

    Neither the replacement of a defective product nor any service rendered free of charge during the warranty period shall result in an extension of the original warranty period.

3.0

Necessary Preconditions for Claims Made Under Warranty

  • 3.1

    Presentation of original invoice or invoice copy at the time of claim.

  • 3.2

    Notification of any claim must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period, immediately upon the customer's discovery of the fault or defect.

  • 3.3

    The defective product must be shipped to our service center at the customer's own cost. Axon Lifestyle will not be liable for shipping charges in either direction.

4.0

Cases Not Covered by the Warranty

  • In cases where any of the following apply, or where signs are detectable on the product that one or more of the following might have been the case, no rights or claims exist under the present warranty:

  • 4.1

    The use of the product for a purpose contrary to its intended use.

  • 4.2

    Improper operation, misuse, or physical mishandling of the product.

  • 4.3

    Damage caused by impact, dropping, water ingress, or external physical force.

  • 4.4

    Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic deterioration over time.

  • 4.5

    Repair or modification carried out by an unauthorised third party.

  • 4.6

    Products from which the serial number, batch code, or purchase label has been removed or tampered with.

All warranty claims must be shipped to the address below for technical evaluation. Shipping costs are borne by the customer in both directions. Ensure adequate packaging to prevent transit damage.
